I enjoyed each moment I worked in this organisation. Few of my colleagues were highly motivational, energetic and helpful. Accessories provided by the organization were of premium quality. Work space were chilling.

Dislikes

...job security. I was fired with one day notice. No promotion for at least 3years. Salary structure is too complicated.

The only thing here is job security and work life balance that also depend on project, manager and client.

Poor salary hikes, no clear Communication from upper management whats happening in company, lack of good long term projects.

Good initial pay and not so tough interview to crack initially. Big MNC with big revenue numbers.

Dislikes

Not much projects, they dont tell at the time of joining about more internal interview rounds, coding test and client rounds which are mostly amazingly tougher than what you are selected for. Project allocation is a huge lag here.

Be careful of citi project of Risk/ compliance of ltimindtree. Worst people. They make sure that all is hell. Every holiday is declined. You are made to work 16 hours with utter frustration. Recipe for diabetes and heart attacks Working as Java dev
