I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Sales coordinator job is 3rd party payroll and 6 months contractual, but automatically extended... so on. So job security is low. Division wise different job pressure. Reporting manager is all on all. Not possible to work Independently

Working culture is have some what good standard.

Dislikes

No standard pay scale as per position, should make a minimum as well as maximum benchmark salary for each level. Too delay in promotion, specially at from sr. Executive position. They can create a mir positions between sr.executive and Manager grade. Too many meetings. Workload is high. No manpower as per requirement, still causal too is not enough.

Not proper right for contract labour supervisor doesn't full payment of P.F. Bonus & salary & not shows salary slip casual are helpless

Company is very good no doubt HR policy are good Company giving salary at right time

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition
