Salary negotiation is really very Worst. HR Praveen Pandey and Ruchita Vartak plays dirty politics during salary negotiation. First they will purposely make less offer(9 - 20%) of your last CTC and when you negotiate for more they will send for approval and make you wait for more than a month and when you follow up with them they will say either to accept previous offer or wait for approval. And when you wait for Approval your recruitment would be delayed by more 3-4 months. All these dirty are played to recruit the candidate in less CTC. Higher package employee are threatened and harassed mentally daily by mangers and GM for getting high pay. Local person working there or person giving their output from long time are targeted and that how managers can harass them so that they leave company. From last 3 years, absolutely not a good place to work. Senior management pressurize employee to release production batches asap. People are said that it will be difficult for them to survive in premises if does not work from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs and people work more even in fear to complete task. I was personally harassed by manager and GM due to my high package which company has given me, not got from their pocket from last 2.5 years and due to same started an inside fear in working environment. Getting headache daily, started taking pain killer to get on office, started shivering due to inner fear of loosing job and hence due to all this trauma made mistake which was again highlighted by managers. As to not going to be mentally sick or mentally ill, I leave that organization after working for 10 years. Many seniors know the current culture but, I think their is support as to get targets on time. No matter anythig happens to person or if he dies. No promotions for engineers even having B.Tech degree. Very very bad working culture nowadays and again not a good place to work now.Read More

There are marketing manager and there some staff is not good behaviour for lab technician staff and Raipur Lupine diagnostic's technical head made a girl employee to be discontinued in the name of work load without any backup due to which she is sitting at home as no job is available to her. I worked there for 5 month experience.Read More
