You get salary on time You work in fintech startup so the impact of your work , even if its a bug fix, could be seen easily

Dislikes

Strong Tamil culture. They don't want to represent themselves as an Indian company. They want to be a proud Tamil company. Nothing wrong with that, but don't hire people outside from Tamil Nadu and treat them as outsiders. Poor onboarding of the freshers. You wont get any reimbursement from the company. HRs don't respond to your requests. Poor work life balance (This one is specific to my team) Very few options to eat during lunch time. (for north indians)

I like thier worst management and ignorant CTO ..CEO AND CMO ..they really don't care of their employees much.

Well i am still looking any good thing have happened with me in that office. Basically dislike every thing specially discrimination against North Indian people

South indian centric culture. Hard for any other culture to survive. Use n throw Lack of vision No processes, working caioitically no forward lukg approach hence always a struggle and no work life balance. Believe in public shame n fame of their employees in meeting and forums. Overall a big NO however pls choose company not on likes n dislikes they always choose to move on from their existing issues n problems.

Top leadership like Founders are reacjable and attentive. The work culture is cool in chennai office

Difficult to maintain Work life balance being in m2p's acquired company BSG. 12 hours work in CBS dept. Plus the policies of leaves have been made harsh and no work from home allowed.

This is first company in my career. I have learned lot of things. I have improve my skills development in this journey. I'll carry the things I've learned here with me to my next adventure.

There is no disadvantage in M2P company.
