Maersk is not the best pay masters! Maersk Indian operations are more driven by the local Managing Director, which can result into biasness and other issues. Recently Maersk at a global level had gone into a transformation (3.0) which was not dealt at its best, many roles were changed and people were not aware about their KPIs even after shifting to the new roles.
