    Managers are biased and there is a lots of politics with in, there is no proper scrutiny from the top management about whats happening in employees professional journey, managers abuse and blackmail to terminate the employees if we dont listen to them much to express.

    There is only one reason I like about the company the salary which comes on time.

    Dislikes

    Many more things to dislike. First of all this is a consultant (that means they can remove you any point of time)based job if you are joining as a fundraiser at the time of interview they will never tell you. Job security nothing but less, biased management, target is huge and they can put anyone in P.I.P reason for not achievable target so if you have better option go for it rather than working here. Best of luck.

    Magicbus provided 5 Days working to all employees. Provided on time salary for their employees. Also provided all type of training and support for their team.

    Dislikes

    No career growth for lower field staff. Senior management politics is very high. No job security for field level staff. Waste of time and extra efforts for any program.
