Mahindra TEQO would be a good place for a Fresher or engineers just passing out from college. Although, I do feel TEQO not a suitable place for an experienced person. As a part of Mahindra Company it may have job security but the work culture is poor, the higher management level is not very aware of management-related work ethics. Company policy is not very attractive. This company does not provide a better environment to work for a long time here.
