Yearly compensation is low. No rentention bonuses so if you chose to be part of the company grab a large bite before joining.

Work life balance is good depending on the project assigned to you. Now they have permanent work from home which is very helpful nd good.

Dislikes

Salary and hikes are not very good. There are Politics to some extent. However that has changed over the years with Thoma Bravo taking over.
