    If you are fresh out of college, you can pursue your masters from here, you just have to keep it a secret and if you're caught, just keep ur boss on ur side and keep it a secret from HR etc while colluding with him. If you are past 40's, Its a good place to retire from. In 30 years ,there is no other company which could have grown at this rate. They would just shut down if they had same set of culture & policies. People who SPEND more time in office are rewarded here & those who finish their jobs QUICKER going home are penalised here. They are looked down upon. if you enjoy having repetitive work, not learning anything new for Growt, not bothered to check your worth jrithe market, it's going to be a good place for you. This company has made me learn many new things though viz. Politics, *betrayal, inhumanity, faking things, backstabbing and above all jealousy! Here i have seen for the first time that people having more money and bigger houses than you can also feel jealous and concerned. They want you to appear at their mercy for all the things you are having in your life. They feel bad when you are not. 70% of the workforce here i would say is still good but the remaining 30% who have spent more than a decade here are standing between the success and the company. When times change, typewriters must be replaced with computers - Here they are still trying to connect typewriters to the internet via a LAN cable

    No Promotion at all and salary hike is also not good. Work Environment is not good. Holiday issue is there. Like Even if you are taking one day of you have to explain it all to your manager.
