    Environment is good respect to each other guest is also good when I worked in marriot for one year

    Dislikes

    9hour working and rotational shift is good but the salary is low 17000 month and not so much of over time instead they pay only 50per hours so doesn't mean of making overtime an working on contract basis no benefit of paid holidays and no bonus

    If you work in marriott hotel they give you six leave per month and bonus and they look equally from GM to bottom worker first workers then cast this policy is very good all hotels follow this policy thank you

    If you are working in Marriott hotel, you can rise to the top quickly and there are more chances of GM posting

    ...salary is indecent and career growth is slow.they are not carrying staff life, 14hours shift example night shift evening 7to morning 9, sometimes 9:30 . Marriott standard monthly 6 off but there are giving 3or4 , cafeteria food not good everyday same menu
