...Variable pay is there and not paid in full so it’s worst thing in a product company. No transparency in appraisals, No HR is listening. No internet reimbursement , no shift allowance. People working like a machine no team lunches or awards. Too much income gap in same team. If you don’t get 80% hike then join any other good product company. It’s electra card converted to MasterCard so difference in environment. If you challenge management in any policy or deny overtime working you will be fired anytime while wfh like google. Amazon. Speaking on Personal experience ,however some employees will say it’s good because they are a management parrot and get good hike doing nothing.Read More
