A most pathetic company ever seen, they hire from good company showing a high package but while paying at actual they not even paying half amount, which showing excuse that company is not doing well, bring order and will get pending salary, but that also not paid. they take all information of customer dealer from you and then throw you off after 6-7 months when all data they taken. Even while sending to customer visit they give Rs250/- day from breakfast to dinner, and Rs 750/- to stay in city like Delhi. Very poor management and polities are only thing that happen, no money to pay for salary not even at full and final settlement.

To be honest, As an R&D Engineer, I got an opportunity to handle big projects with a great freedom & work autonomy. The contribution not only recognised but also fairly rewarded by management. The blend of visionary leadership & young workforce chasing all impossible's here. The Openness & greatness of the people I have seen at the time of my farewell, which was celebrated just like my onboarding festival. I am recognising this as one of the best organisation to be working with.....

1. As an fresher you can learn alot about designing. 2. Seniors are cooperative 3. Atmosphere is healthy competition 4. Good for self development 5. Opportunities for appraisal

Dislikes

1. Might have to work on Sundays too you get combo-off. But you won't know you have to work untill last moment. 2. Work life balance is little bad. Not that bad but sometimes you will feel the stress. 3. Daily have to work for 8.30 hours. Be prepared for that because break is only for half n hour for lunch.
