    I started my career in sales.In sales there is more potential to earn than salary. As per target we get incentive and ear very well. Trainer and all are supportive. It's an office job with good infrastructure. Salary and incentive are always on time.

    Here work culture is very good.. you'll enjoy working here.. you won't feel any unnecessary pressure here... From your team management to admin .. all are good..

    Not satisfied with salary structure and appraisal... hv bn working here for around 2 years.. Performing continously well.. giving return 4 times than my salary.. but didn't get satisfactory increment.. they didn't even promote my level/band...if they want experienced and Performing employees to be stayed with the organization, they must notice this issue. After all they have to understand that money is the biggest motivation
