After joining HR will not help to figure out any issues if you have regarding salary, appraisal, last working day which are practical issues of an employee. No value for Knowledge & Hard work . appraisal you will get only when you are on peaknof frustration( mean you are like if they didn't give increment this time i will leave ). if you have problem HR be like: you have to direct talk with director or Owner of the company , I can't do anything.

...ow what is going on in IT world but makes the junior feels that they are fool. Salary is also low here

This was the worst company I have ever worked with. Salaryis low Working hours are more. In covid you were forced to come to office. And even asked to work on Saturday. They consider highly graduated students as workers. If you are late by one minute your half-day salary will be cut. Seniors are pathetic they themselves doesn't know what is going on in the IT industry but consider themselves as subject matter expert and treats juniors as if they are fools. There is no role for business analyst as such in this company they just Rick you in it.

...There's bug in your code that will ask you so many questions why, how, what etc. Also salary will be deducted for each bug. To get salary hike you have to become favourite of your manager. New employee will not get much salary hike. There are couple of old employee they will always get good hike even twice a year. Because those are favourite employees.

Team mates are friendly but the company isn't doing anything for employee care. All the amenities are cancelled by the company. They made saturday working, reduced salaries, appraisals cancelled, free food is now a charged food.

Dislikes

Salary structure and no worl recognition. No work-life balance.
