    Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office. The management is not good so do not join max life

    Nothing for like except employee exploitation, MLI is a ideal for employee exploitation.

    Worst experience, not having value and respect of employees. Salary paid by the company to me was to much low as per industrial standards. I was accept only due to COVID situation. They take advantage of the situation and committed me 30% degraded salary as per the previous organization and after the month provided me 50% LESS salary. Then gave me again false commitment of salatlry increasing here after end of probation period of 6 months, then at end of the probation not any changes in salary but so many time changes in location of work without traveling allowance. All fake hierarchy levels in MLI.

    ... They will ask you to invest your salary for different things Go's meeting, Trips, advertising, pamphlet, etc no conveyance for field work. Half of the salary goes in faltu and than after doing 16 hrs 7days a week work they tell that barat main aaya hai.. so it's better you do a labour job of 8 hrs and Get 500 Rs. Per day.
