    Work culture is impressive. And you can work in a very flexible setup. It is hybrid model. Free meal pass is provided every month apart from salary.cab pick up and drop available. Colleagues are fun and supportive.

    Dislikes

    Very competitive environment. Need to upgrade your skills to survive. Hike percentage is low on yearly basis.

    Lot of issues with leadership, people with few years experience are designated as coaches and they provide feedback to Team leads regular basis of new joines which is totally partiality.they only promote their favourite people. They always indirectly force us to leave the organisation if we are not one among their favourite people even though we are giving our best work.so that they can promote their favourite person to next level.There is regionalism and also disregard certain group of people. Management needs to work on fixing culture. Daily based deadlines,stress and hectic work...

    Shoving people under the bus is something that happens recurrently, there is no coaching, people will change huge demands just because they want to and you have to be able to deliver. WLB is non existing. People are always sick or burnout

    Great place to work. Working on different studies with accomplished managers, partners has a profound impact. The salary is good. Additional benefits are best-in-class.

    Dislikes

    Up or out. You have to consistently perform, or you are looking at exit. Plus, you are not becoming an expert in any field, as in you may be consulting, but consulting and getting things done are two different things.
