Nothing ... I assure you its the most horrible company in entire country... They will give salary 10 days late ... Only 8 public holidays in a year (other companies give minimum 12-13)... In the 1st year of service you will not be allowed to avail earned leaves at all... And they give sick leaves only 2 days per year... Also after 1 year when u apply for earned leaves you have to mandatorily apply for minimum 3 days. It means that if u take only 1 day leave u have to waste 3 days of ur eaned leave This company gives 15 days of earned leave in a year i.e. 1.25 leaves in every month whereas other companies give 18 leaves in a year i.e. 1.5 leaves every month)Read More

And also they give you increment only once in 2 years...
