Salary hike is very less, Every year only 2% hike, No growth, No skill development, Flat organisation, Bias Leaders, No control on union, Good company for operators.

Work culture one of the best thing specifically with German Based organization. Free food 3 times that too very good. Work life balance, and good brand value. Short term onsite opportunities. Job Security.

Dislikes

Compensation not that good compare to there competitor below par salary. Work wise might not be always new project to work upon.

 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases
