    Learn so many things, as I appointed as a third-party payroll, so salary was negotiated but good

    Dislikes

    First of all, they hire some candidates from Menpower service Limited for contractual basis. The contract sign for six month, but they told us to leave their job within three months before ending the contract. High-level manager or not cooperate. This is about our future. They hired lot of many candidates only because of their process or not going so they told us to drop our jobs.

    Company culture is awesome. Mercer provides great flexibility with hybrid work. Compensation is as per market standards

    Dislikes

    They changed hybrid policy to 3 days a week. The app we use to reserve our seats is pathetic doesn’t work properly which leads to confusion on wfo day.

    Working at Mercer has been a rewarding experience. It has a great working culture with no requirement to log-in or log-off at a particular time. Team is young and thus you get the opportunity to learn with the peers and also showcase your strengths. Its a great place to work in the early part of your career.

    The work quality is below par, particularly as you get more experience within a particular role. Monetary compensation is average and should improve further to retain the best talent.
