    ...Bad salary structure: 1. 3 variable components 2. Leave encashments are part of CTC (18 yearly leaves, no PL, CL etc.) 3. All the benefits are part of CT Appraisals are generally delayed by 6-8 months. Some managers exhibit really toxic behaviour: 1. Excessive micro management. 2. Asking married females to not get pregnant in appraisal meetings. 3. Underpaid work in personal projects A lot of unskilled and toxic managers are kind of permanent and you will have very few growth options.
