    It's good company if u just passed from 12th and looking for a job opportunity while persuing your graduation. U will get to learn many things from here about the b2b retail industry.

    Dislikes

    They only offer minimum salary according to the state. For example if you are working as a sales associate in Delhi they will give you Delhi's basic salary 16500 for floor associate and 17200 for cashier but if you are working in up then it's very poor like 9700 in up. So it's depends upon the location.

    Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisas are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

    Dislikes

    There ua a lot of politics andthe management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond off 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to New joinees.

    ...2-Leaves polices for employee is too much nice because if you have other leave that's is, if you sick long time so metro pay full salary and any bonus. 3-Metro pay after 6 month one basic salary as a LFA bonus for family. 4-Metro have transport facility for woman.

    The biggest reason for not working in Metro is that if you pay better from the beginning of Metro work than there is no better place to work.

    I trust on metro and i know of employees are delivering thair 100% then metro is always supporting them for each and every parameter. Policies and process is good and management is also helps a lot .

    ... Because other fashion and normal grocery stores are giving good salary on initial label employees. This is my own opening and no any expectation on behalf of this feedback. I respect my Organization. But this is true words for the organisation. Thanks for the opportunity of feedback.
