    1. I like the work culture the most. 2. proper work life balance 3. time to time trainings 4. time to time sports & cultural activities. 5. Food and Cab 6. quarterly Team outing (Party time <3) 7. chance to go overseas 8. Employee insurance 9.

    1. No proper salary structure is defined as per the designation. and no proper designation is allocated. new people are coming with 4 years of experience getting better designation and who having more than 6-7 experience they are at low designation and having low pay scale. 2. Regular amendments in the policies and which are all against the employees. 3. If these will remain same, it will become India's 1st LALA MNC. 4. Need to change the Administrative Team. 5. Alwar Location is not Good for connectivity. 6. At Alwar Location we have to come alternate Saturday which is not good. 7. I have found some Job security issue, from when I joined to till now 4-5 employees are fired including Employee, officers & managers and reason is not revealed.
