    As a fresher it is a good startup for him/her .not the peak but this will definitely grow your skills ...salary is low ,hike is depends upon relations you build there ,neither performance based nor skill based.politics is too much between all of them.if we talk about learning and all then very few skilled person there to learn you,you have to learn according to situations.very suffocative type enviroment .i only like the policies of rehiring .

    Growth is slow.work pressure is too high in production area.i have to work more than the shift hours to complete all the documents
