Good team, colleagues and manager. Hybrid model. Work life balance

Dislikes

After the merger this company has gone bad. No salary hike, no appraisal. Even if you get it’s like 0.5-1%. I would suggest skip this company for now until they have adjusted to their merger and start valuing their employees by paying them fairly and not in peanuts!!!

1. Infrastructure and Package offered are good. 2. Working in Hybrid model - 2 days from office. 3. Salary is On or before time. 4. Work culture is Okay, depends on project and team.

Dislikes

1. Initially I was a part of a major Banking account and that was my WORST Professional experience so far. There was no proper documentation, no process, no Methodology was followed (Agile or Waterfall) but it was mandatory to do Certification for Agile. We used to work on VDI which was slow like snail. No call option was there in VDI's MS Teams so all the team members used to call on your WhatsApp at any time, even after logout. Work - Life balance was hell there. Nobody had complete Application knowledge. There was nobody to help or guide you when we had to follow client's own framework. Teammates were quite unprofessional. Management had no clue what's going on. I asked for project change which took 5 months for change. The second project was also Enhancement type whereas I had clearly asked for Development project. I left that as well after too much follow ups and shifted to other domain. 2. They have only Support, Maintenance, Enhancement, Migration types of projects with old technologies and it doesn't require skilled resources. Any 12th passed student can do that work. 3. No learning, no skill development. I am just passing the time here, no growth at all. 4. Getting appreciated is very hard. 5. After merger, policies have changed a lot for bad ofcourse. 6. HR team is very unresponsive. 7. Project allocation process is not good. It is hard to get Project as per your skillet and aspirations. 8. Appraisals were worst and late after merger. 9. No Diwali gift 10. Irrelevant Training courses are assigned and pressurised for completion

Bench is of 2 months only, and after that firing, 30-40% of sallry component is billable bonus which is given only if you are on project, No work life balance, projects are picked on short time basis with critical development and employees are made to work on weekends also, and once project is over people are released immediately.

All the above ratings are based on which project you are in. If you are in a good project where starting from colleagues to your project manager - very supporting, the understand your situation - you will start liking the organisation as well.

Dislikes

Shift allowance comes with the next month salary. 😅😂 But its okay.

LTIM provides competitive salary. It’s a good company to work with as people are good. Option to work in hybrid model. Not much work pressure (depends on project) Awesome work life balance.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is no benefit as such. Zero recognition with higher management. Career growth is very slow. Increments are 0 to 5% annually depending in ratings. However on promotions one can expect 8%-10% which feels very less. No team bonding activities.
