    After L&T management took over, there is nothing to like about Mindtree. Mindtree culture, day by day, has been degraded by L&T.

    Dislikes

    L&T management. They killed the work culture here at Mindtree. No compensation, no benefits, no promotion, but they want work.

    Mindtree is a open company wherein you can have good connection with the clients and the management. I feel really good working with Mindtree. Joined few years back and I had very good interaction with clients and if you have good performance then as per policy you will be getting promotion. They do have track on career growth, courses etc..

    Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign for freshers. On the job training is given to new joinees as freshers but will put you in the tech where there is a demand irrespective of your own interest.

    Like every service company, the experience varies heavily based on the project you are placed into. But Mindtree has a lot of policies to help its employees and with a little push you can get in and out of projects if you don't like them.

    Dislikes

    The compensation has taken a significant dip. Projects are heavily siloed. Between accounts and even inside a similar account it can feel like you are working in your own small services company.
