... am at Moglix since September’20, enjoying one of the best time of my carrier. Salary is fine, Salary timing is superfine (1st of the month, never delayed) seniors support(most of HODs are IITs IIMs, higher growth (average 15%) open to new ideas, only one issue, Customer Success team have lengthy processes, typical data punching. Best infrastructure, best employee care, 2 Saturday off every month, 2-3 days per week work from home, intense COVID times complete work from home. One of the best company I ever worked.

Typical documentation, rigid finance department (low supportive)

Opportunity to learn, develop your skills. You will always have opportunity to pick new projects, ideate on POCs etc.

... have myopic thought at work as far as tech/product/design and Marketing goes. Also, they pay far below industry standards.

Toxic culture, leadership doesn’t have clarity, their actual business is just chasing numbers and they don’t have any other SaaS solution, not able to pivot even after so many years, few regional heads/director are just sales oriented and they don’t have a vision. ITS NOT A SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS COMPANY. They just do VENDOR CONSOLIDATION. That too at not so great commercials.

I had been hired by HR as saying that this company has best environment. But from day 1, my reporting manager started harassing me. He never taught me as anything as an ecommerce there is always something new to learn. But they never taught me anything and started saying that do this and this. I had an expertise in account management and sales. But as a new company i had to learn the pannel of this company. But my manager never helped me, he abused me so much. Everything here is mannual and they don't have any base. You are supposed to do everything, from seller lead generation, onbording, catalogue making, pricing, logistics, customer issue, failed order overview, cancellation. Other department peoples are irresponsible and hence you have to work for all the department.

Never join this company For better opportunity by seeing the salary they offer as there is not even 1 star job security here & the main thing is 0 work life balance, Manager never helps, Individual role never expect help from anyone & if you don't know about operations of this company then it is your fault.

A great place to learn from practical experience. Not like few other startups where companies churn investors money. Mostly focus on productive things.

...e given to employees at manager(-) role wrt transportation and parking charges. People at senior manager and above position, free parking are provided while people below senior manager needs to pay for parking charges.
