Employee like Shravan get position without getting any business to the firm, just doing chaplusi and fake gossips about employees so that he could gain the position. He is so jealous of everyone because he knows if he will not do gossips and all he wont be able to survive in this firm. And Mr. Sandeep Tomar who is the CEO of this firm he don't even know how to run a company. He think he is super smart but he is just cunning person he thinks if employees are fighting with each other it is good for him to run the company which shows his mindset toward his employee working for his firm.

...025 around 60 employee will be in the kist who left the company in just 2 years. In the name of increment he will promote you like on Manager post but salary will be the same. Also he all the reviews here or on google reviews are all just posted by the employee with their personal email ids aswell. He fooled his clients by morphing documents fake signatures.
