1) no increment 2) no incentives but if your connections with upper management then your get increment and incentivve without doing work 3) 15000 salary peoples help 35000 salary people for knowig about the erp or how software works 4) company needs 100 % but gives to 9 % to employees 5) nobody take responsibilities with there work and duties . 6) overtime 32 rupees per hour and labour get 60 rs per hour .

I have learned a lot about safety in food and beverages and I always want to learn more. The safety culture is very good in the documents but the safety culture in the field is not correct.

Dislikes

1. Here the salary of the workers is not increased, in my safety department the salary has not been increased for 3.5 years which is very wrong, there should have been 8.5 percent increase in salary every year. 2. Here the focus is only on safety in audit

The only thing that i like about this company is it's wide range of lines running making it a great platform to learn.

What i dislike about this plant is it's work culture and bonus policy . Along with that there is no job security

Here culture is very bad senior most is a big womenisor he use female employee just beacuse of job security or if any female comes for interview that person throws his dice so that that women can compromise. after have such more than 20 year of exp that person is a big hole

Low salaries but Paisa time par aajata hai salary 2tarik ko aur ta/da 17-18 Tarik ko . Job security full hai jyadatar log 7-8 sal se bhi jyda purane milngey is company me mangers etc to 20-25 saal purane bhi hai sabhi
