    Old management.Too many office politics Overtime duty not fix your duty hours managers ask for extra time.Master and slave rule.Employee exploitation by manager and Seniors.Indian management not like MNC management.This company is very good for tranee.

    In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

    ... Also, the fool you with the variables and other additional components in the salary package and thereby reduces the net pay that you recieve is significantly reduced

    Pantry is there for tea/coffee(not chargeable). Snacks like Sandwiches/Poha/maggie are provided at a reasonable rates. Has large parking area for 2/4 wheelers. Has Badminton court. Two buildings inside its campus in Noida sec 62. Job stability as no file policy

    Dislikes

    ...Delayed and Low salary hikes every year(9-10% only). Company resource return policy is very bad. They use to give some Dell/HP/Motherson bag along with the laptop. But while returning the laptop they need only the Motherson branded bag otherwise deduct 1500 INR from your salary(the bag is clearly not worth this much and they don't even accept if you buy them a new Dell/HP bag online).

    Company is very good,but the management of the company is quite not good in all aspects. Overall there is good learning for the freshers.
