Work-life balance is the top priority of the organization. Though the salary slab is a little bit lower side as compared to the market, mental satisfaction is the highest. Employees are very friendly and helpful. No politics in office. Flexible office timing, and hybrid mode of working. Sustainable life.

1.Salary was on Time either 1st Working day or last working day if 1st Day of the month is holiday or weekend. 2. Where i worked you will not have to work out of your office hours. Sunday was off as posted in Client Office. Corporate office have Weekends off.

...usion, Gender Equality were there ...But all these were for permanent staffs 2.If you are permanent then lots of benefits are there in terms of Salary Hike, Promotions and all if you are contractual then a big dead end 3. Management only listens to Client and office politics was very important to survive because this parameter is directly affect you Site Allowances , Bonus, Hike and facilities. But Lastly may be I was at the wrong place at wrong time
