...h center where you can learn alot with plenty of mistakes. Talent is recognised. Salary, bonus, etc on 💰 part is of no concern. Appraisals are fair. I love to be with MRF family. Now, in the situation of cov19, to handle such a large group, MRF has proven it by paying salary to all its staff and contract staff with 100% salary for 3months. Now, while start of work, after lock down, additional care and facilities are provided by the management to ensure safe environment for the team.

You came with experience in one particular field, but here they put in a department where you have 0% knowledge, again you have to learn from the beginning, personally o didn't find and work satisfaction here.

Good working atmosphere, good salary package, There is always a door to approach if we are in trouble. Lot of Opportunities to learn new things.

Dislikes

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

MRF gives job security in a manner that they wouldn't fire anyone who works there. BUT there is a little growth opportunity for Msc candidates anywhere in Mrf. But this firm is a good platform for those who seek job experience.

Dislikes

Work Timing and working hours., Grade change is delayed. Msc, Bsc and Diploma candidates are considered to be on the same grade with same salary which is not acceptable for Msc. Graduates who has spent a lot of effort in pursuing their post graduation. Another Sick thing in MRF is that the above said consideration will not change and they will simply stick to the terms which was established before Jesus christ himself. Please don't choose this company (only forMsc.Chemistry male candidates) and save yourself.
