It's been past 8 years I'm working with MSC cruises and I love the company because MSC cruises take good care of crew on ship like food is good and Evan the company is faithful.

They should cut 50 us dollars from every salary of it's all crew and that money 💸 they should give back to crew each after 10 years .

I like to work with m.s.c. because of excellent environment of working,learning sessions.the policies are reliable everyone is supportive nd the rest facilities are impressive for employees.

1. MSC is a wonderful brand that is upcoming very dearly in the Cruise Industry, has wonderful ships, beautiful arcades, latest technologies and beautiful designed structures within the ships. 2. Hiring process is very short, quick and fast. 3. Company has a great potential and great manpower that can lead with power and strength needed in the business.

I would address it as improvements: 1. Invest money in right manner in assets, people and resources. 2. Planning needs improvement and must improve communication with employees through Manning Agents, Managers and Corporates. 3. Use and through practice must be stopped (for employees).
