No Induction process process for new hired employees. HR doesn't know how to manage work force, you become an unknown to them once you are on-board and will only do back biting of your 'honest Employee-HR feedback' to your reporting manager so you can get more tasks and are monitored more strictly. No technical skills growth, no new trainings to keep abreast new technological trends. Keep slogging on old tech stacks Old timers behave like half owners of the company and treat employees like disposable tissues. Work life balance is good only if your manager is not monitoring you with scrutiny.

MSC Software was a great company to work in with a positive company culture. Unfortunately, after integration with Hexagon, it has adapted a toxic work culture. People are working 14+ hours a day because there is loads of work, but not enough resources. Toxic management, managers who complain about the team members with other managers, useless HR. It is is dire state!

There has been a change in the managements. Things changed with the restructuring. Everyone wants to show that they have brought about a change in the way the system. No one is interested in knowing why things are done the way it is done. The focus is on, Ï came in and made a change". Now, there is more emphasis on hierarchical communication and reporting, filling excel sheets, what's to be done, what's not to be done, what to say, what not to say, numerous meetings and more status meetings. Focus has shifted from quality. Now, it is about ticking off items and displaying large number of projects done and complete.
