Not an employee friendly org. Low pay and recognition. Selfiash and politics work environment. Langusitic devision. Toxic work culture. No scope for the people who want to learn. 1) People passing out from college getting converted into something known as AL (sort of managerial position). 2) These AL's come up with ridiculous systems. For example: Major bulk of People (AL's mainly) with zero technical skills nominated as Front Liners (FL) whereas people possessing actual technical skills are nominated as either Middle Liners (ML) or Back Liners. (BL) 3) The 3 year Contact they offer is absolutely unlawful and against Employment Law. They demand 10Lakhs (which they claim to invest in training which is very strange, but in reality they don't provide any such level of training) for experience letters if someone wants to leave. 4) The work life balance is absolutely horrible 5) The work culture also extremely toxic. 6) If one can diplomatically work on favouritism then they might stand a chance otherwise a whole lot of dirty politics goes around the company's structure. 6) They'll want you to come to office at time but when it comes to working hours they promise 9 hours but actually it's 12-14hours 7) Consolidation of the above points have resulted in high attrition rate in this company which is very obviousRead More

Lot of scope to contribute in different areas - Mu sigma university, delivery, cxo decks, multiple projects in various industries, cross projects, etc. One can find what work interests them - engineering, development, marketing, analytics, etc. However not that advanced stuff but possible to et some exposure.Read More

... 3 day loss of pay if missed (not applied leave) - 99% of employees will not say a net positive thing about company - The CEO is not someone you'll look upto. No ethics, all full of ego. Always scared if people will turn him around so doesn't appreciate any ideas that is not aligning with his thoughts. Threatens people in front of everyone, makes non appropriate jokes, discourages it's employees. FOrces employees to be in formal but self comes in half pant just to show who's the boss. Also should be reported for POSH for NSFW things he says in townhalls - When corona hit, they kept stretching people coming to office until the govt made it mandatory. Also some accounts were never given WFH option. Also WFH only in Bangaluru. CEO says people shouldn't run to their mummies at these times - Even the leaders are not the ideal managers. I've seen people saying something and doing the opposite. Doesn't encourage transparency - No feedback from employees to improve anything. No consideration of NPS of company. They know it won't be positive. I also don't recommend it unless you don't have a good offer from any standard company. Try getting a good offer off-campus - Difficult to get out. The bond thing doesn't make any employee feel better. Huge cost to leave - Has come to light for much infamous stuff- employee pressure, frauds with US visa, employee policies - the list can go on, and the quality of the company is always going down year by year. They're exploiting people due to so much unemployment in the country - Onsite thing is also a scam. People are made to wait 4-5 years and are given basic wages, no H1B visa.
