    Good Work Life Balance. If you want to feel like Government Employee then this is the right company for you.

    ...People work here only because salary gets credited on time. They have no motive of doing anything. Whole company is full of people who has attained the age of retirement so you won't find enthusiastic people who are focused in their career. Company is spending crores of rupees for development of the project but none of the employees is willing to make that project go live. Even if someone finds you working on that project then they'll do everything in their hands to stop you from working on that project.

    Excellent team, job security is good, extensive travel and enjoying it. Learning is great. Work life balance is good. Salary is satisfactory but not up to the mark as per job responsibilities. Higher level package is unnecessaryly high. But overall is wonderful experience.

    Promotion policy is not good, that's like govt sector.

    The only thing about the Company is the brand name and certain works. The holiday list is good.

    Dislikes

    ... No compensation benefits in the Legal team. The HOD is cunning and ruthless. No support from other seniors. Total group-ism is followed. Unnecessarily called on Saturdays even if there is no work just to show that people are even coming on Saturdays.
