Never ever join to audit in muthoot for gold apprasing we have to apprasie till our retirement in the designation junior audit executive they wil not promote the local staff with good finding of frauds and unethical activites done by the concerned branch i have worked for 8 years they didn't given promotion for me they will promote malayalis only there will be no communication between audit heads and us one of the worst company iamregreting now and spolied my carrerr

...s is 9 am to 6 pm but they're making you stay till 7-7:30 almost on daily basis. and when you're 5 mins late your half day's pay is cut from salary. There are absolute no leaves. some branch managers are just ego maniac imbeciles. people working with muthoot for more than 9 years have 30000 salary. HR listens to RO more than employees. On some days you have to complete other employee's work when he/she is on leave. two focus days in week so count that as you have to work till 8 pm. constant shaming and accusation if targets are not achieved. you have to go even on sundays at branch once to click picture.
