    ... even salary structure is so bad.. low salary.. they need only sales and they have old and bad marketing strategies... staff ko itni dhup me marketing k liye bhejte hai.. bad company ever i have seen... God swear aisi company zindgi me na dekhna chahu kabhi.. even ek CSE hire karke sochte hai.. yehi marketing karde dhup me ghumke.. yehi loan banaye yehi operations ka sara work dekhe.. yehi audit handle kare.. or yehi sales kare.. so many products launch day by day.. or sare products sale karne mandatary hai nahi kroge to pressure denge ki kaise bhi karke sale karo.. ap sharam se apne paise milake products purchase karke apna target pura karne me majbur hojaoge because products sare as compare to other company sab costly hai... log compare karke purchase karna pasand bhi nai karte... galti se bhi bhulke mat jana ..

    You will not able to understand you salary in this company it will not same. When you ask to HR they told check with Audit and when you check with Audit they told they don't know. If they deduct salary unnecessary. It will take 5-6 months to credit your account and if they pay extra they will deduct with interest

    We have our own comfort while working here because there is no work pressure but we have to develop skills our own. But without any doubt I can proudly say the long stint of 9.5 years with Muthoot has sobered in motivation and enlightened my career knowledge.

    Dislikes

    Low salary, no hike, no encouraging co-workers, Managers always gaining benefit of their own by taking advantage of work done by subordinates.
