...wards the employee Its medical facility to the employees is very much admirable. Salary benefits are good. Money benefits to the family after employee death during service period is very good.

Dislikes

This is purely wormen and union oriented company. To do any work through workmen is very difficult for an officer. Work culture is not so good.

The salary aspect and work life balance is very good in the organisation as this is PSU. There is no complaint of salary and timely payment also.

Dislikes

The project locations are at interior locations. There should be some arrangement made for conveyance. As presently only bus is the public mode of transport not even auto/cab available. There could be mall and cinemas near by.

NMDC it is such a nice company that i have ever worked.Employes of this company are so talented .If i got a chance i am ready to work again .This is the company which have almost all the facilities to the employees.In this NMDC everything done with a correct shcedule.I learned a lot of things like how the employees will be and how they work and i also came to know the office environment.No words to explain about NMDC . Ireeplacable office in my life

What do you hate the most about your workplace? I enjoy my job and my coworkers for the most part. The parts I don't like is the high expectations and the high stress level. I sometimes feel like my job needs to be done by 3 people, not just me. And the promotion criteria is also worst.

Being a Central Government Enterprise, having Navaratna status, highest producer of Iron ore in India it's enough to work and learn operation management, situation handling and many more to experience and expertise. Other than that beutiful colony, school, medical facilities, play ground, market, gym etc.

Dislikes

As ore is found in dense forest or hilly area so it's obvious that project work of NMDC is in far away from city site. Slight delay in promotion.
