Freshers salary is more than the one who have already completed atleast 2 or 3 year here at NSE. Career Growth is very slow, it will take atleast 5 year on an average to get promoted to next level. Too much hierarchy killing the interest to stay for a longer period as we know that it is impossible to reach at higher levels.

Outdated policies.

...icies have been significantly improved. Good work life balance and job security. Good salary hike from last 2 years including market correction. There is gaming area to relax after and between working hours.

Slow growth compared to MNCs. Hierarchy is too long. There is no meetings with HR to address issues periodically

NSE as an organisation is good but people in the organisation do not deserve because of the senior management having verbal dishorrea. No work from home allowed for leaves u hv to beg and justify badly

Little bit job security and On time Salary..this is the only good thing

so many things...worst managers,worst management,poor work life balance especially if you are in NSE project.Very less appraisal,favouritism done by managers,lot of office politics,gossips.Not good projects.
