    1.Timely salary deposition. 2.No racism,No casteism,No communism.

    Dislikes

    1. No promotion,No salary increment. 2.You can't get permit for your sunday leave. 3.No reimbursement for cellphone but they ask you for notecam pics of the work. 4.No bonus on Holi/Diwali etc. 5.You have to attend office after work and it can be upto 09:00 PM and they doesn't provide tea/snacks for execution staff. 6.They doesn't provide sitting arrangement like chair/table/shed and drinking water at site for staff. 7.They didn't provide medical expenses when some of my colleagues gets injured by road accident while going/coming to/from site.

    Don't join in "Electrical Division" of this company, You will never be recognise for your work performance. Much office politics, Seniors from corporate office always black mail you for achieve Target, blame for small small misteks. Less increment every time. More than 12 hours duty time. Sometimes Sunday is also duty day. Safety at site level is very less.

    Nothing is good. Very bad management.

    Very bad management. Senior like DGM, AGM are behaving very badly. Work without planning. Every month management hold the Salary of all staffs. They don't give any leave. Accommodation very poor. No rules and regulations.

    Not liking this company. You need to work all day night what ever may be the situation.and get paid less.

    Dislikes

    Less pay no support from your senior or manager work like a cow.quality is zero in rain water leaking from wall and ceiling. Always power failure.
