    Ncccl company was time being it's ok but long term is not possible

    Dislikes

    1.payment delay labour and staff 3 month working one month salary given the company 2.No quality and safety maintenance. 3.No increment yearly 4.No promotion at 5 years candidate working person. 5.Holiday & Sunday leave not given management.

    When i am working in NCCCL, our client is GOOGLE and BAGMANE. so Company forced for following the safety culture. NCCCL is very old and ISO certified company.

    ...Salary deduction is more ( Employer PF deducted from employee salary) Salary is not timing Third quality PPEs and materials provided and also deducted amount from sub contractors bill. Work load and timing is very more ( more than 12 hours - no OT allowance)

    Worst Company, No Job security, Bad work culture, Poor Management, They see their own profits. Delay employee salary, Cut Contractor payment , they use cheap raw materials, They tell lie to contractor about rates. Be careful from V Hegde.

    ... Salary date very late 2 or 3 month delay. Simply waste of time. My no reliving letter. No experience letter. Working time is 15 to 16 hours a day. Sunday also no leave. If you want leave they give permission I am asking leave Sunday Project manager. No leave per your sike leave and annual leave. Worst Project manager. Not give labour and material but ask when will complete work they ask every time give pressure . My kind advice if you join the company , your life will spoil. At Bangalore projects.
