No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Good salary structure and teammates.

Dislikes

Worst company ever. The previous management system was good. But now after changing the management ,they are very unprofessional . Even they are very pathetic for freshers .They will offer you big packages . After rejecting all other mnc's offer and all , when you were ready to join them , then they did not give you proper joining and keep you waiting. they are totally fraud. Don't risk your career by joining this company. As security bond they will ask for signed cheque , which is un ethical. You might fall into debt trap . If you have any other offer in your hand , please go there.

The pay lot of attention to help an individual grow and give them chance to take up various tasks and responsibilities. Flexible timings Office location is good (you will always get a vehicle to reach any destination across Mumbai)

You will not have any mental pressure if you are software developer bcz they dont have any projects so they outsourse you to another company for sales or support work with 0% software development totally different what you hired for.
