    Nothing in netscribes in my openion is good, but yes our trainer is good and friendly

    The work culture and the client behaviour is worse and everything is worse there starting with the salary and work progress, everything in that company is based on politics,if you give butter to the manager then you will be benefited but if you don't then you will be forced to give resignation. Lastly if you give best in your work then also you will not be the best and if you give priority to the manager and listen to everything what they said like overtime duty and so on then you will be highlighted without any reason.

    On time salary is the one and only thing which can be admired.

    Dislikes

    No work life balance,poor salary scale,no overtime pay at all. It doesnt matter how good you are doing you wont be appreciated at all when it comes for appraisal,neither in other days.Management is not good at all. The list is pretty big.It wont get fit here if I want to enlist all the cons.

    Best for freshers. Don't think and stuck here for future growth. Your self cooked food will be eaten by the so called managers who don't know anything. It is a saying in Netscribes jisko kuch nahi aata usko manager do. In sort you can rename Netscribes as Stretchscribes bcoz u have to work for 15 hours minimum to achieve the target.

    Long stretching hours everyday. No management. Less salary. Bossism
