... an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for.

The promotion process is notably stagnant, devoid of meritocracy, and fails to reward employees based on performance, with promotions largely based on favoritism. In conclusion, I strongly urge prospective candidates to explore other career opportunities. Based on my experience, Netscribes does not provide the conducive or professional work environment necessary for career growth and personal development. ...te their plan through their employees and doing experiments with employees. i.e., pressurised employees to complete work on time and extending working hour without any incentives or over time pay. There is nothing to like about this company. Even the HR’s are also in this game . They are also not helpful. Such a toxic organisation.

The Management of FRM. Worst management in netscribes. Frm management plays with employees whether the employees are facing any kind of serious issue or medical issue but SOUROJIT SARKHEL and RANJIT CHOWDHRY want them to be in floor before shift timing and want them to extend their work by allocating incidents without any overtime pay. If you are reading this then please share this information to everyone. Sourojit sarkhel wants to keep his own person because he is getting some commission through clients and even Ranjit chowdhry also in this game. But due to this toxic work culture many employees were left from the organisation. Didn’t provide any PF’s , No allowance, no benefits , no fun activities, only work work and work. But the FRM management is chill with their own business because they only want their work to be done by employees and they only send the data to the clients. They had pattern to terminate employees by giving escalation forced by SOUROJIT and RANJIT. In holidays they provided a comp. off no double pay , no triple pay. No cab facilities provide by organisation even 🤣 they don’t have their own parking as well.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.
