The salary structure is not up to the mark. Employees are forced to write positive reviews about the company, which is not ethical. The company does not pay according to the work done. The company hires trainees instead of experienced employees, but does not provide adequate training. They are expected to work immediately, and if they fail to do so, they are fired within 15 days. The company uses outdated or unpopular technologies that are not widely known

1. Strong Team Dynamics: I believe that a great company thrives on the strength of its teams. In an ideal workplace, I would have liked to see a culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork. When employees work well together, it not only enhances productivity but also creates a more positive and enjoyable work environment. 2. Exciting and Meaningful Projects: Meaningful and engaging projects are essential for job satisfaction. It would have been great if my previous company had consistently provided challenging and exciting projects that allowed employees to stretch their skills and contribute to the company's success. Such projects can be a major motivator for employees. 3. Cooperative Employees: A workplace where employees are cooperative and supportive of one another is a place where people can truly thrive. I value a work environment where colleagues are willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate to achieve common goals. Such cooperation can lead to a more harmonious and productive workplace.

Dislikes

1. Poor Management and Compensation: One of the glaring issues at NetTantra Technologies was the management and the inadequate salary structure. The management seemed disconnected from the concerns of employees, and this was reflected in the subpar compensation packages. It was disheartening to see talented colleagues receive salaries that were far below industry standards. 2. Appraisal Deception: As appraisal time approached, a sense of dread would loom over the employees. Instead of recognizing hard work and dedication, the company seemed to employ a strategy of decreasing employee ratings, ultimately resulting in disappointingly low bonus payouts. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and mistrust. 3. Politics at the Top: The most disheartening aspect of my tenure at NetTantra Technologies was witnessing the blatant politics being played by the board members and higher authorities. Decisions often seemed to be based on personal agendas rather than the best interests of the company or its employees. This toxic environment made it challenging for talented individuals to thrive and contribute effectively. In conclusion, my experience at NetTantra Technologies was marred by poor management, an unfair appraisal process, and the presence of politics at the highest levels. I hope that my feedback can serve as a catalyst for positive change within the organization.

I haven't been provided with goodies and the salary as a freshers is below expectations but overall it's a good place to work and enhance skills

... Keep the salary structure in perticular manner. And most importantly please don't manipulate the rating given by the respective mentors and if management team is manipulating this don't give the responsibility of giving rating to the mentors if you can't change this system learn how to maintain the relation with employees. Many more negativity out there but I don't want to explain
