The company is stable in its performance, so there is a job stability.

Dislikes

1. No recognition to employees even after 100% target achievement. 2. The salary growth is not as per market standards. Performer and non-performer both will get the same increment as per company policy. 3. Incentives never gets credited on time. There's no any standard policy for sales incentives. Even if they share any policy at the start of Financial Year, they will simply deny the policy at the end of financial year. 4. HR team is unprofessional in behaviour. They don't support employees. 5. Employees will never be clear about their job and responsibilities. The SOPs will change after every 3 months. 6. Management can ask you to do any job irrespective of your designation and department. For ex. Sales team is asked to intervene in product development which are totally different tasks. 7. There is too much of owners intervention in the business cycle. Employees here don't have any decision taking authority. The designations are only for name. 8. There is no importance of hierarchy. All will be treated at same level. 9. The company is not taking any steps for personal growth of employees. 10. Allowances are not as per the industry standard. 11. One will receive the promotion only for name without any salary hike.

Salary pay by company a fix date with out fail and individual site I can execute will all kind of situation/circumstances which is the best part of the current company.

Dislikes

Expense not clear proper,work culture is not uptu the mark,verbalcommunicate is batter prefer, leave not get when require even urgency time. Although end of the year leaves balance get spoil. Sunday duty also going in c-off condition but this cannot take when required. We are ctually in service field maximum working in outstation 3 to 4 month we spent in multiple project but after the duration spent cannot get leave more than 3 to r days.

Salary on time always . Learning experience.

Dislikes

Higher authorities do not work and all their work the juniors do. The BCOs are always over loaded with work. The branch manager is un professional and have no work ethics or simple manners. Uses abusive language. Treats the subordinates as slaves. No work life balance. HR Department is the worst. Even the full and final settlements of employees are done after 2 to 3 months or more. At the time of increment the company suffers losses and increments are very less. Work culture is horrible. Every one wants to boss around specially people sitting at HO. Worst company to work.

You got salary on time. That's it Same supportive staff at mumbai HO (but not everyone)

Dislikes

They will suck ur blood once u accept the offer letter, there is no job security for flied staff, working environment is not good terrible environment, no medical facility , no work life balance, teen aadmi ka kaam ek se karvate hai, sales team bekar hai , hr kuch nahi sunta. Bas yaha 1 saal nikal lo or switch kar do isse jada kuch nahi hai is company mein. Owner gujrati hai bakki aap samajdhar ho 😉
