Job is secure but compensation is very bad no wifi support, if you ask any of the management or HR they would be saying we are "thinking", "devicing strategy". Many joiners have not given raise from as long as 2 years. Work life balance is good. It looks like there strategy is to hire new employees every years instead of giving raise to old. You won't believe but you get more compensation in first year then in next two years.Read More
