I recently resigned from my current company after working there for over 3 years. They countered with a 70% hike, which was quite generous, but I had already received better offers with over a 100% hike, so I respectfully declined. Unfortunately, that didn’t go down well. They asked me to leave the same day I submitted my resignation, confiscated my laptop and revoked email access immediately. I wasn’t even given a chance to say goodbye to anyone—it all happened so abruptly, it was genuinely shocking. Now, even though I’m no longer working or contributing, they still expect me to serve the full 60-day notice. I’m trying to negotiate that, because otherwise I’ll just be sitting at home for the next 30 days without work or pay. It’s been a lot to process. I can’t help but wonder—does this happen to others too, or is it just me? Feeling pretty messed up right now.

Nothing.. It's not a Company, it's complete prison

Dislikes

I dislike all and everything.. No security, no hike,no proper food and accommodation continuous transfer of locations every 3 months and internal Politics at the peak.. Overall worst.. Please never don't choose this company and spoil your careers

7 days strick work...no holiday ..no salary hike ..no holidays...they will spoil your life...and put you and your family in trouble...lot of ex employees were Balck mailed by company...few also made suicide in company...

HR department if completely dead, middle management and senior management is not professional, Company owner is very professional and good person but due to limitations he can’t do anything. Not professional persons are appointed. Pl. think before joining this company.

Unprofessional management. Un - spoken person can survive. Senior management like CFO / COO etc not allow to contribute your thoughts. They want to maintaining monopoly to high light them. You can’t build your carrier with this company. Be careful.

All good reviews is fake and by management..management is like a criminals..chairman Mr.nazim charania is a criminal and he has his own gang to harras and biten people...they took everyone passport and harras them ..even beten and kidnapping them and threaten indian family .be careful to join ... please investigate with old actual employees before joining.
