    The organization in very much employee centric and also work cilture is non-toxic. People at higher level are quite friendly and has open mindset.

    Too much of manual work which never ends. There's no work life balance and I'm exhausted after 12 hours of work. Pay is too less for freshers. Poor quality and training and then they expect you to be perfect while working.
