Few of the processes are run by a group of people who came from similar organisation. They always dominate while talking decesion and put employee under tremendous pressure. They Target you and no matter how much hard work you do to impress them their mentality will not change. I have seen shouting them on employee during group meeting and huddles. However as an organisation the company is superb, you just need to be in right process and under right managers.Read More
