Comoany persons, Manager, TL's are not spoortive in any way also HR. They didn't provide salary on time, TL behaviour like they are Bosses of company, they abusing with Executives they fight with them specialy 1 TL in NHAI Process and his Name is Mr. SHIVAM GOEL, He is culprit most of the Employe left there Job because of him and also his manager, they didn't Provide leave, when executive required leave they denied them and tell them to take LWP (Leave Without Pay) this company also don't have Employe Portal, if any one know how much leave available in his account or also know about his attendance, resign Terms & Condition, salary slip, so they can't see any thing, he have to confrim with his Manager, in May language (NHAI 1033 ka mai baap bas uska Manager hai jiska naam hai Mr. SANJAY KUMAR or uska chela hai Mr. SHIVAM GOEL) You know what Ye Managers or TL's sirf fayeda dekhte h wo bhi apna unhe fark nahi padta ki Employee kis musibat m ya kis Emergency m hai unhe bas kam se matlab h wo shayad ye bhool jaate h ki Employe ki wajha se hi company run hoti h, wo kehte h ek jayega 10 ayenge I agreed magar un 10 ko us 1 jaisa banane ke liye unhe 6 Months Lagenge wo ye bat shayad bhool jaate h, over all thia company is worst, maine yaha 3 saal diye aone career ke or mujhe koi benifit nahi mila.Read More
